Terms and Conditions

By submitting, I hereby authorize We Are Whittier to publish photographs and my personal story, for use in We Are Whittier’s platform/ publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.

 

I attest that I have full authorization to consent publication of said photos and personal accounts of any and all stories submitted. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless We Are Whittier from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the above specified images and stories. I consent the right for We Are Whittier to edit/alter within reason any photo or written document submitted to conform to We Are Whittier submission rules.

 

I further acknowledge that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the photographs and stories submitted (whether in past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in We Are Whittier platform. I acknowledge and agree that submitting of said photographs and story confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.

 

I hereby release We Are Whittier, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
